All of our surgeons are board certified. What does board certification mean? This means you are getting the best in oral surgery backed by the only certifying body of the specialty. Not all surgeons are board certified because it is a rigorous and intense process to get certified. Having this honorable distinction means we hold ourselves to the highest standards in the profession.
We also offer a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic services that will help you look younger, feel better and without the risks and costs of conventional cosmetic surgery.
Implants are titanium screws that are composed of 3 main parts- the implant body, the abutment and the crown. Implants can be used to replace single teeth, multiple teeth such as a fixed bridge and to increase the retention of partial dentures and full dentures. The implant body is surgically placed inside the jawbone while the abutment and subsequent crowns/attachment fit above the bone and gums. Implant crowns look natural and feel like natural teeth.
Wisdom teeth, also called third molars, are the very last tooth in each quadrant of your mouth. Almost everybody has four wisdom teeth in their mouth, however it is not out of the ordinary for some patients to be missing one, two, three or even (lucky for them) all four wisdom teeth. Not everybody has to have their wisdom teeth removed. Sometimes, the wisdom teeth erupt in a normal orientation that is upright and in line with the rest of the teeth that allows for proper oral health.
These are what is commonly known as “teeth in a day” or “smile makeover.” Most commonly, 4 to 6 implants are used to replace an entire set of upper or lower teeth in potentially one day. These teeth can either be removable (comes in and out) or fixed (stays in your mouth). We will work closely with your dentist or prosthodontist and a local laboratory to deliver the results you are looking for. We have many ways to replace your teeth and can find the best solution that works for you.
We understand that oral surgery can be anxiety provoking. That is why we are here to make each appointment an easy and comfortable experience. The doctors offer various sedation options (oral, intravenous, and/or nitrous oxide gas) tailored specifically to meet your needs. These can be done safely in our modern office surgery center.
